On Track School respects and is committed to protecting your privacy with regards to both our online school k-12 electronic and print media.

Information Collection and Use

We will only collect personal information about you when you complete a form that requests such information (e.g., filling out a Web form).

Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, student information, and other details needed to respond to your request or provide school services.

When you opt in to text messages, we also maintain records of your consent, messaging preferences, and communications with our team.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to questions and requests.

• Assist with admissions, enrollment, and school services.

• Provide school communications and support.

• Send customer care texts when you have opted in.

• Send marketing texts when you have separately opted in.

Disclosure of Information

The identifiable personal information you provide through e-mail lists, Web forms and surveys is considered private data. Text Messaging Terms

Message types

On Track School offers two text messaging categories for current and prospective parents and guardians:

• Customer care: Responses to questions, enrollment assistance, consultation confirmations and reminders, registration updates, school reminders, and assistance accessing school resources.

• Marketing: Educational program information, enrollment opportunities, virtual open house invitations, and promotional offers.

Messages may be sent individually by school staff or through automated systems.

Separate opt-in consent

Customer care and marketing messages require separate opt-ins. Our online forms provide a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox for each category.

You may choose either category, both categories, or neither. Providing a telephone number, submitting an inquiry, enrolling a student, or consenting to customer care messages does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts.

Marketing consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase. We send messages only within the scope of the consent you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your selected categories, interactions with our team, and school communications.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about charges.

Opting out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message from On Track School. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop receiving texts.

You may receive one final text confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent through the program unless you provide new consent.

If both categories use the same sending number, replying STOP may unsubscribe you from both customer care and marketing texts from that number.

Unsubscribing from texts does not withdraw a student from school or cancel enrollment obligations.

Mobile number accuracy

Text delivery depends on wireless carriers and other service providers. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
