HOW TO ENROLL INTO ON TRACK SCHOOL
Enrolling at On Track School is a simple and hassle-free process. Follow our easy-to-follow six-step enrollment process to join our educational community and embark on a personalized learning experience. Complete our easy, online application. Once submitted, we’ll get in touch.

Let’s get to know each other
You’ll be assigned an admissions coordinator who will speak with you to understand your children’s needs and review information about our programs and courses.

We’ll look at your transcripts and records
We will review any official and unofficial records from your children’s previous school. Students entering grades 9 through 11 will need to send official transcripts to confirm course schedules. Students entering grade 12 are required to provide official transcripts prior to enrollment. Report cards from the prior academic year are required for students enrolling in kindergarten through grade 8.
Complete the Request for Student Records form and send it to your children’s previous schools.

Receive your personalized course schedule
Our placement counselors will create a course schedule just for your children.

Pay tuition
When your registration fee, tuition payment, and signed Enrollment Agreement have been received, we’ll send you a welcome letter and assign your child’s teachers.

Start learning—when you’re ready
You and your student will receive access to our learning management system, Google Classrooms. Students may begin the coursework as soon as they are logged in to the Google Classrooms.

What are rolling admissions?
Rolling admission means, with few exceptions, there is no hard deadline for full-time student applications. We evaluate applications as they are sent to us. This means new students can apply to On Track School at any time.
Is there an attendance requirement?
Yes, attendance is measured by completion of assignments, participation in monthly GOAL meetings and live or recorded sessions. Staying On Track is the best way to have a positive attendance record.
Do students receive a diploma?
Yes, students who complete the graduation requirements will receive an accredited high school diploma recognized at any college or university. An annual graduation ceremony is held at Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch near Nashville, TN.
How does the program work?
- K – 5 consists of is a mixture of physical books and workbooks along with digital resources for the instructional material.
- 6 – 12 are provided with digital curriculum with the option to request supportive physical materials if desired.
- Classes are provided with weekly live learning instruction along with interactive lessons as well as videos throughout the course.
- We provide full-time teacher support which means you can request tutoring sessions for additional instruction if needed.
- Assignments can be completed online, printed and submitted through google classroom using their mobile app for flexibility.
- Grades K-8 focus on Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts and PE/Health as well as various elective offerings.
- In grades 9-12 students are provided with educational pathways, making academic success a reality allowing students achieve their goals.
- Parents and students can login to our platforms and view grades, ask for assistance, and connect with our team anytime, anywhere
