Students in grades K-5 engage in a personalized educational journey with a dedicated Learning Coach. Instruction is provided in live learning sessions where students can engage with their peers and learn together.

Empower Learning

Begin our Orientation course where students will take a reading and math diagnostic indicating a level of mastery on standards, we do not particpate in statewide testing, rather we take the diagnostic at mid year and end of year to measure and address growth so that students can bridge any gaps as well as have the ability to accelerate. take a Power Trait survey that will provide the team with a blueprint of how they learn best and see how our program works before starting classes. Engage, Connect, Achieve!

Your Learning Coach will be on track to welcome you and meet with you virtually. Monthly meetings will be set up in advance where students will review progress on goals. Our online school community gathers for monthly webinar events that are presented by past graduates who have achieved their dreams as well as inspiring leaders. Engage!

Excel in online learning

Your personal online educational journey begins with Google Classroom, including live sessions with your teachers and classmates as well. Students need to plan 3-4 hours per day for a blend of online and text based learning. Our curriculum is both challenging and engaging bringing interest and mastery for our students. We provide the opportunity to sign up for 1:1 coaching to help students work on their “A” game. Research shows that the more connected students are in their school community the more they excel. Excel!

Is this a homeschool program?

No, a homeschool program requires the parent to be the primary teacher. On Track School is an accredited online school providing full teacher support. Although our program can be completed at home, we are not considered “homeschool”.  That can be confusing. Think of it as a school that goes with your student anywhere and can be done anytime.

Yes, attendance is measured by completion of assignments, participation in monthly GOAL meetings and live or recorded sessions. Staying On Track is the best way to have a positive attendance record. 

Yes, students who complete the graduation requirements will receive an accredited high school diploma recognized at any college or university. An annual graduation ceremony is held at Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch near Nashville, TN.

On Track School utilizes the Google apps for Education as our platform to house curriculum including GMail, Chat, Meet, google docs and Alma as our Student Information System. 
  • K – 5 consists of is a mixture of physical books and workbooks along with digital resources for the instructional material. 
  • 6 – 12 are provided with digital curriculum with the option to request supportive physical materials if desired.
  • Classes are provided with weekly live learning instruction along with interactive lessons as well as videos throughout the course. 
  • We provide full-time teacher support which means you can request tutoring sessions for additional instruction if needed. 
  • Assignments can be completed online, printed and submitted through google classroom using their mobile app for flexibility.
  • Grades K-8 focus on Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts and PE/Health as well as various elective offerings. 
  • In grades 9-12 students are provided with educational pathways, making  academic success a reality allowing students achieve their goals.
  • Parents and students can login to our platforms and view grades, ask for assistance, and connect with our team anytime, anywhere
Our accreditation will make it possible for students to transfer their credits to return to any school without an issue. Some schools, however will only accept credits after a term is completed whether that is a semester or quarterly term.
 
No, however there is a small savings for doing so. An annual registration fee is charged up front along with the first month’s tuition. Monthly payment plans are set up after the tuition agreement is viewed and signed. We do require a 30 day written notice if you choose to withdraw. 
Having consistent internet is crucial for student success on our program. There are various options available through your internet and phone providers. 
Students can start any time, we have open enrollment. If students enroll with grades to date, they will start on the current week listed on the school calendar. If they enroll without grades to date or have not been enrolled, we will make a determination after the diagnostics are completed taking into consideration the student goals for their graduation pathway.
